If you don't know how to cook, you're cooking for one (or you just don't like cooking!) YOU ARE NOT ALONE!
You might be surprised to know that many of members don't enjoy cooking or never really learned how.
We're proud to have supported 1000's of women in their 50s,60s and 70s to hit their health and weight loss goals, even if they don't like cooking.
We do this by teaching them a new way of cooking that's easy, fast and tasty!
Some of the key principles we share are:
1. Learn cooking techniques instead of following recipes so you can make infinite variations using what you already have at home.
2. Easy 5 minute options for when you're in a jam or you can't be bothered cooking.
3. Batch cooking options so you can cook once and enjoy healthy meals for days.
4. How to reinvent leftovers so that you don't get bored of eating the same thing all the time.
