What if I don't like cooking?

If you don't know how to cook, you're cooking for one (or you just don't like cooking!) YOU ARE NOT ALONE! You might be surprised to know that many of members don't enjoy cooking or never really learned how. 

We're proud to have supported 1000's of women in their 50s,60s and 70s to hit their health and weight loss goals, even if they don't like cooking. We do this by teaching them a new way of cooking that's easy, fast and tasty.

We provide weekly meal plans that are simple and delicious to follow. Plus you don't have to cook every meal! You get to choose how much you want to cook every week and we will teach you hacks to batch prep so you don't have to do all that cooking you despise. Most of our members only cook 1-3 recipes per week and are seeing amazing results like 40lbs to 140lbs lost and reversing high blood pressure, cholesterol and sugars!

We don't include any weird ingredients that you will only use once. We do the planning for you. And we are here to help you anytime with our 1:1 coaching support included in our membership!
