What if I have food allergies or don't like certain foods?

You aren't alone! 


No foods are off limits here which means you don't have to give up your favorite foods. Equally, you're not required to eat any ingredients on this plan that might not suit your taste preferences or your dietary needs.

Please note that while our recipes and programs are not specifically designed to cater to these dietary needs or allergies we have such a range of recipes to choose from, Expert Coaches and a Dietitian Chef on our team and thousands of women in our community that can help direct you to the right recipe to meet your needs or help with ingredient substitutions.
