What if I have food allergies or don't like certain foods?

You aren't alone! 

In the Homemade Method no foods are off limits which means you don't have to give up your favorite foods. 

Equally, you're not required to eat any ingredients on this plan that might not suit your taste preferences or your dietary needs. 

Here is a list of dietary needs and preferences that we have been able to accommodate in the past:
