We work primarily with women who have Type 2 diabetes and have great success in improving if not reversing their issues through well-balanced, nourishing and healing home-cooked foods. 


All our recipes are designed to balance your blood sugars, give you lasting energy and improve insulin resistance. We do this using everyday ingredients, in simple, delicious recipes and without cutting out whole food groups so it's sustainable long term!


Our focus is on improving Type 2 diabetes through lifestyle change, but this has also helped people with type 1 diabetes improve other areas of their health. While diet cannot reverse Type 1 diabetes, we have also helped several people who have Type 1 improve their blood pressure, cholesterol, chronic pain, auto-immune diseases, digestion function and thyroid issues through diet though.
