Our method gets members cooking whole foods at home with a focus on a primarily plant-based program that incorporates some meat, fish, and dairy for those who chose to partake.
We do not adhere to any diet or protocol and actually steer away from dieting altogether. Research shows that restricting entire food groups isn't sustainable long term and can actually create more health issues!
We find that allowing our members the freedom to prepare nourishing, unprocessed foods at home and teaching them how to listen to their bodies to inform them what they need had proven successful.
