We actually don't promote dieting at all here 😉 We do not adhere to any diet or protocol and actually steer away from cutting out food groups or deprivation diets. Research shows that these aren't sustainable long term and can actually create more health issues!
Our method gets members cooking whole foods at home with a focus on a primarily plant-based recipes that incorporates some meat, fish, and dairy for those who chose to partake. These recipes are dietitian designed to help you lose weight and reverse high blood sugars, pressure and cholesterol.
We find that allowing our members the freedom to prepare nourishing, unprocessed foods at home and teaching them how to listen to their bodies to inform them what they need had proven successful.
