What foods to eat in the program?

We get this question a lot, because most 'diet' programs give you set calories, meal plans and amounts to eat.

However, this is hard to maintain for most people... That's why we do things a little bit differently here at Homemade Method!

On our Program you're allowed to eat whenever you're hungry until you're not hungry anymore. And no foods are off limits!

All you need to do as you get started with your Program is: Follow the instructions in the Weekly Challenge for your Program Module.

For example, in week 1 and 2 just enjoy one of our Superfood Smoothie recipes every day. 

You can have this for any meal or snack and add it to what you're already eating.

Keep doing that until you get to your next Weekly Challenge... which will be adding daily Breakfasts of Champions!
