Why can't I log in? Why is my password or email not being recognized?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble logging into your online portal!

We email you the link to log into your course weekly and it can also be found on our website homemademethod.com under the Login tab.

If you find that you still can't log in after using the link from one of our course emails or the homemademethod.com website, please reset your password by clicking "forgot password" on the log in page. 

This will send an email with the link to reset your password so you can log in properly.  The link must be used within 2 hours of sending. 

If after trying this you still can't log in, please email us at member@homemade-cooking.com so we can assist you.
