What foods are allowed?
Everything! There is no “off-limits” list. That being said, we will teach you how to eat for nourishment and satisfaction so you start to see the positive changes that healing food has on your body.
Our recipes are delicious and super flavorful and with a little time, your taste buds will change and actually crave this kind of wholesome, healthy food rather than processed, sugary, fast food.
We even have whole modules dedicated to snacking and desserts. We also cover this in mindset exercises, teaching you that all foods can fit and guide you toward foods and combinations of foods that make you feel good mentally and physically.
