It totally depends as we are all different BUT if you put in the work, listen to your body and reach out for support so we can help you, you will see positive results within as little as a week!

Step 1: Install the Homemade Method App on your phone.
Step 2: Explore this week's meal plan in the App and start cooking! Within the App, you'll find the meal plan under the "Plan" button. Each week, a new plan will be available for you to try!
Even if you start with just cooking one thing, that's a great way to get the ball rolling! The more you cook and eat our meals, the closer you will be to seeing results.
