Fermenting sugar cane into ethanol can be an alternative fuel for vehicles, but it's not something that you want to consume! We are all about helping people incorporate more unprocessed foods into their diet, reducing sugar intake to reduce inflammation and move towards a primarily plant-based meal plan that is prepared at home.
Artificial sweeteners are really hard on the body for so many reasons and so we don't promote eating them. Instead, we like to use naturally sweet ingredients like honey, dates, maple syrup and fruit to sweeten a recipe when that sweet tooth strikes!
