Is this method vegetarian or vegan?

We have worked successfully with many vegetarians to help them improve their health! Our method has also helped members who are vegan work on their health goals of reducing inflammation, improving their blood numbers, and re-energizing with guidance from our expert staff of nutritionists and dieticians. 

While we promote a primarily plant-based diet with some meat, fish, and dairy for those who chose to partake, it is certainly not mandatory to eat any dairy or eggs. We work on excluding processed foods to improve blood numbers but also allow our members to enjoy the foods they love and not feel deprived.
