How much time will I need to dedicate to the Program?
We recommend you set aside 1-2 hours per week to work on the program. This can be in one chunk on the weekends or just 15 minutes a day! It’s up to you to choose what works best.
Your existing shopping and cooking time will be added to this - many of our members love to batch cook our recipes so they can prep once and eat for days. It’s all about experimenting and seeing what healthy habits you love and can keep up.
