Am I supposed to only eat smoothies for all my meals?

No, we want you to to incorporate smoothies into your routine but continue to eat other meals as well.  

All you need to do as you get started with your Program is: Follow the instructions in the Weekly Challenge for your Program Module.

For example, in week 1 and 2 just enjoy one of our Superfood Smoothie recipes every day. 

You can have this for any meal or snack and add it to what you're already eating.

Keep doing that until you get to your next Weekly Challenge... which will be adding daily Breakfasts of Champions!

You can continue to enjoy the meals you were eating prior to the Program for lunch and dinner or dive into more Program recipes if you're ready for it!  You will find your complete Program recipes and a shopping list at the beginning of your program after your Welcome Video.
